Meine Portraits sind Abenteuerreisen: Oft entdecken wir noch unbekannte Seiten – und gehen so weit über die stark begrenzte Sicht des Selfie hinaus.
Wie viel kosten meine Portraits?
So viel wie eine Tonne Eisen: Es kommt darauf an, was man daraus macht oder machen will und wie viel Arbeit dahinter steckt: Stahl, Hufeisen, Rasierklingen,… Schickt mir euer Mood Board oder euere ausformulierten Vorstellungen eurer Agentur, die Ideen und die gedachte Verwendung. Oder schickt mir euer Budget, das für das Projekt zur Verfügung steht. Damit kann ich arbeiten und wir werden sehen, ob wir ins Geschäft kommen werden. Mich würde das freuen. Seit mir nicht böse, wenn ich Anfragen wie „was kostet bei Ihnen eine Stunde fotografiert werden?“ oder ähnliches in der Art nicht beantworte. Da seid ihr bei anderen Fotografen vielleicht besser aufgehoben.
Mein Angebot umfasst die Auswahl und das Beauftragen von professionellen Make-Up Artisten und Stylisten. Dazu kommen Anreise, Auf- und Abbau und Organisation. Ich miete ein Studio oder eine exklusive Locations an und hole die nötigen Genehmigungen ein. Am Ende des Prozess steht die professionelle Retusche und Daten, die direkt und vielseitig verwendet werden können. Vorab gibt es eine Besprechung und das Erstellen eines Aufnahme-Konzepts oder Mood Boards. Die Kosten für die ausgeklügelten Beleuchtungskonzepte mit besonderem Equipment und ausgefallenen Techniken sind ebenso inklusive wie das hochwertigste Foto-Equipment. Meine auf Leinwand handgemalten Hintergründe sind alles Unikate und kosten teilweise mehrere tausend Euro pro Stück. Und natürlich sind die Nutzungsrechte am Bild in der Leistung und im Preis inbegriffen.
So ist es leicht verständlich und anhand des Aufwands gut nachvollziehbar, dass ich Aufträge erst ab einem ausreichenden Budget annehme.

As much as a ton of iron: It depends on what you make or want to make with it and how much work goes into it: steel, horseshoes, razor blades, etc. Send me your mood board or your agency’s detailed vision, the ideas, and the intended use. Or send me your available budget for the project. I can work with that, and we’ll see if we can do business. I’d be happy. Don’t be mad at me if I don’t answer questions like „How much does it cost for an hour of photography with you?“ or similar questions. You might be better off with other photographers.
My services include selecting and commissioning professional makeup artists and stylists. This includes travel, setup, teardown, and organization. I rent a studio or exclusive location and obtain the necessary permits. The final step in the process is professional retouching and data that can be used directly and in a variety of ways. A preliminary discussion takes place and a shooting concept or mood board is created. The costs for sophisticated lighting concepts with special equipment and unusual techniques are included, as is the highest-quality photo equipment. My hand-painted canvas backgrounds are all unique and sometimes cost several thousand euros each. And of course, the rights to use the image are included in the service and the price.
So it is easy to understand and, given the effort involved, it is easy to see why I only accept orders if the budget is sufficient.

Ou communiquez-moi le budget disponible pour le projet. Je peux travailler dessus, et nous verrons si nous pouvons faire affaire. J’en serai ravi. Ne m’en voulez pas si je ne réponds pas à des questions comme « Combien coûte une heure de photographie avec vous ?» ou à des questions similaires. Vous feriez peut-être mieux de faire appel à d’autres photographes.
Mes services incluent la sélection et la mise en place de maquilleurs et stylistes professionnels. Cela comprend les déplacements, l’installation, le démontage et l’organisation. Je loue un studio ou un lieu exclusif et obtiens les autorisations nécessaires. L’étape finale consiste en la retouche professionnelle et la collecte de données directement exploitables de multiples façons. Après un entretien préliminaire, un concept de prise de vue ou un moodboard est créé. Les coûts des concepts d’éclairage sophistiqués, utilisant du matériel spécial et des techniques inhabituelles, ainsi que le matériel photo de haute qualité, sont inclus. Mes toiles de fond peintes à la main sont toutes uniques et coûtent parfois plusieurs milliers d’euros chacune. Et bien sûr, les droits d’utilisation de l’image sont inclus dans la prestation et le prix.
C’est donc facile à comprendre et, vu l’effort que cela implique, il est facile de comprendre pourquoi je n’accepte les commandes que si le budget est suffisant.
